Last Updated: [Insert Date]These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “User”, “You”) and Burevo (“Company”, “We”, “Us”) governing your use of the Burevo Workspace ERP software, Google Workspace add-ons, websites, consulting services, and related offerings (“Services”). By installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.1. Definitions“Account” means the unique credentials associated with your domain or user identity used to access the Services.“Add-on” refers to the Google Workspace extension distributed through the Google Marketplace.“Customer Data” means all data, content, or information submitted to the Services by you.“Subscription” means the recurring paid plan purchased through Stripe.“Stripe” means the third-party payment processor used by Burevo.“Google Workspace” refers to the productivity suite offered by Google LLC, which the Services integrate with.“Effective Date” means the date on which you first access or install the Services.2. Description of ServicesBurevo Workspace ERP is an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution integrated with Google Workspace. It provides features including but not limited to order management, invoicing and billing, inventory tracking, and workflow automation. In addition, Burevo may offer consulting services covering IT infrastructure, domain management, API integrations, and automation solutions.We may enhance or modify the Services from time to time. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.3. Eligibility and Account ResponsibilitiesYou must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, to use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws, and not to resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without written permission.4. Subscriptions, Payment, and BillingPayments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed at €24.99 per domain per month. This price includes VAT, where applicable. Fees are payable in advance of each subscription period and are non-refundable, except where required by law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. If payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is resolved. Continued non-payment may result in termination. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current paid billing period. After that, access will be automatically revoked.5. Cancellations and TerminationBy Customer: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal. Access remains active until the end of the paid term, after which it is revoked.By Burevo: We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Services unlawfully or harmfully.Effects of Termination: Access is revoked after the last paid period ends. Customer Data may be deleted within thirty (30) days after termination, unless retention is required by law.6. Data Ownership and PrivacyYou retain ownership of all Customer Data submitted to the Services. We process Customer Data only as necessary to provide the Services. We do not sell Customer Data to third parties. Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize Customer Data within thirty (30) days, unless legally required to retain it. Data handling is subject to our Privacy Policy.7. Service Levels and SupportWe aim to maintain reliable access to the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance or unexpected outages may occur. Support inquiries may be sent to [email protected]
. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.8. Acceptable UseYou agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, not to upload malware or harmful code, not to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services, not to attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, and not to circumvent subscription or billing mechanisms.9. Third-Party Services and IntegrationsThe Services may enable integrations with, or rely upon, third-party products, APIs, or services, including but not limited to Google Workspace, Stripe, Fortnox, and other business systems. If you choose to connect a third-party service such as Fortnox, Customer Data may be transmitted between Burevo and that service solely for the purpose of enabling ERP functionality, such as accounting, invoicing, or reporting.Your use of any third-party service is governed solely by that third party’s terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, functionality, or compliance. If a third-party service becomes unavailable or terminates its integration, this may impact your ability to use certain features of our Services. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund or compensation.10. Beta Features and UpdatesWe may provide beta or preview features for testing purposes. Beta features are provided “as is” without support or guarantees. We may update the Services periodically, and such updates may alter features or functionality.11. Intellectual PropertyAll rights, title, and interest in the Services remain with Burevo. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your subscription. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute the Services without consent.12. Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Burevo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.13. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Burevo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the total fees you paid to us for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.14. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless Burevo from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of applicable laws.15. Governing Law and JurisdictionThese Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.16. Force MajeureWe are not responsible for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet failures, labor disputes, or government actions.17. MiscellaneousIf any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger or acquisition. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Burevo regarding the Services.18. .5. SecurityWe implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.6. Use of Google User Data and PermissionsOur Services integrate with Google Workspace and request certain OAuth scopes (permissions) in order to function. We only request the minimum scopes necessary to provide core features of Burevo Workspace ERP.The spreadsheets scope is used to read and update spreadsheets that store ERP-related data such as orders, invoices, and reports. The drive scope is used to create, store, and manage files within your Google Drive, such as invoices or reports. The userinfo.email scope is used to identify your Google Workspace account and associate it with your subscription. The script.locale scope is used to detect your account’s locale and provide localized formats for dates, numbers, and currencies. The script.external_request scope is used to allow the add-on to make secure requests to external services and APIs, such as Stripe or Fortnox, when you choose to connect them.All data created by the add-on is stored locally within your own Google Workspace domain and Drive environment. Burevo does not transfer or copy this data outside your Google account unless you explicitly enable an integration with a third-party service such as Fortnox.Important Notes: We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not sell or share Google user data with third parties, except as required to provide the Services (for example, secure hosting or payment processing). We only process Google Workspace data as needed for ERP functionality. If you uninstall the add-on or your subscription ends, our access to your Google data is revoked. You may also revoke access at any time via your Google Account security settings.7. Third-Party ServicesOur Services may connect with third-party APIs and services to provide ERP functionality. These integrations are optional and only occur if you choose to activate them. Payments are handled through Stripe. Our Services also integrate with Google Workspace APIs. If you connect your Fortnox account, we may exchange relevant Customer Data such as invoices, accounting records, or customer information between Burevo and Fortnox in order to synchronize business data. We do not share your data with these providers for marketing or advertising. Data is exchanged only as required to provide ERP functionality that you explicitly enable.8. International Data TransfersIf you access the Services from outside the EU/EEA, your data may be transferred and processed in other jurisdictions. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.9. Children’s PrivacyOur Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.10. Your RightsDepending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you; to object to or restrict processing; and to request data portability. Email: [email protected]Appendix A – Data Processing Agreement (DPA)This Data Processing Agreement (“Agreement”) forms part of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy between Burevo (“Processor”) and the Customer (“Controller”) regarding the use of Burevo Workspace ERP and related services (“Services”).1. Roles of the PartiesThe Customer acts as the Data Controller for any personal data processed through the Services. Burevo acts as the Data Processor, processing personal data solely on behalf of the Customer and in accordance with these terms.2. Subject Matter and PurposeBurevo processes personal data as necessary to provide the Services, including ERP functionality such as order management, invoicing, workflow automation, and integrations (e.g., with Google Workspace and Fortnox).3. DurationThis Agreement remains in force for as long as the Customer uses the Services. Upon termination, Burevo will delete or anonymize Customer Data within thirty (30) days, unless retention is required by law.4. Categories of Data SubjectsThe Customer may submit personal data relating to employees, customers, suppliers, and other business contacts.5. Categories of Personal DataThe Services may process basic business-related personal data, including names, email addresses, contact details, and financial records (e.g., invoices). Sensitive personal data (special categories under GDPR) is not required or intended to be processed.6. Processor ObligationsBurevo agrees to process personal data only in accordance with documented Customer instructions, to implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, to ensure staff authorized to process personal data are bound by confidentiality, to assist the Customer in complying with GDPR obligations, to notify the Customer without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach, and to make available information necessary to demonstrate compliance upon request.7. Sub-ProcessorsBurevo may use trusted sub-processors to provide the Services (e.g., hosting providers, Stripe for payments, Fortnox if you connect). Sub-processors are bound by written agreements to provide equivalent data protection safeguards.8. International TransfersIf personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, Burevo will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent protections.9. Data Subject RightsBurevo will assist the Customer in fulfilling requests from data subjects under GDPR, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.10. TerminationUpon termination of the Services, Burevo will delete or return Customer Data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, unless retention is required by law.11. Governing LawThis Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
